Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Ezipayecom (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes cancellations and refunds for online courses, training programs, or related services purchased through our website.

2. Course Enrollment and Payments

When you enroll in a course or purchase any digital content, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout. Payments once made are processed securely and are non-transferable to another user or course.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once you have enrolled in a course and payment is confirmed, cancellations are generally not allowed.
• You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only if you have not accessed or started the course.
• After the 24-hour window or once course materials are accessed, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
• For subscription-based plans, you can cancel your future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:

• The course content was not delivered as described or contains major technical issues that prevent access.
• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• The course purchased was cancelled by Ezipayecom before you accessed it.
• Refund requests are raised within 7 days from the purchase date and before accessing more than 10% of the course content.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You have already accessed, downloaded, or completed a substantial portion of the course.
• Refund requests raised after the eligible timeframe (7 days).
• Offers, discounts, coupon-based enrollments, or free courses.
• Courses purchased during promotional or limited-time campaigns.

6. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email us at info@ezipayecom.com with your order ID, course name, and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Ezipayecom reserves the right to verify the validity of each request before initiating any refund.

7. Course Replacement Option

• Instead of a refund, eligible users may request to switch to another course of equal or lesser value.
• This replacement can be processed only once per transaction and must be requested within the same 7-day window.

8. Cancellations by Ezipayecom

• In rare cases where a course or program is cancelled by Ezipayecom due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified via email.
• You will be eligible for a full refund or equivalent course credit, based on your preference.
